Use the following link to book an appointment for technical support.  If you have an annual support contract, please refer to the terms of your contract to see what applies toward your contract time.  If you are not currently under a support contract, the labor rate is $70 per hour billable in 15 minute increments, or you can apply for a new support contract.  If you book a one hour appointment and only 15 minutes is taken to provide the support, then you are only billed for the first 15 minutes of the appointment.
